Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

2.Shipping Time
The estimated shipping time varies depending on the shipping method chosen. This time is not included in the delivery time. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. However, tracking may not be available in some cases due to free shipping. You can also contact us at service@nameingift.com to obtain your logistics information.

For certain shipping carriers, it may take 2-5 business days for the system to update the tracking information.
Items from the same purchase may sometimes be shipped in separate batches for logistical reasons, even if you requested combined shipping.
Shipping times do not include customs clearance or customs delays, as these are beyond our control.

REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you receive the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@nameingift.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. (About 1-2 workdays)
Return Shipping Cost Responsibility
- Due to Quality Issues or Incorrect Item Sent: If the return is due to a product defect or our shipping error, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a return label or reimbursement.
-Due to Personal Reasons (e.g., change of mind, not as expected): If the return is not due to a product issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Please note that personalized or custom-made items are generally non-returnable unless there is a quality issue or manufacturing error.
Customized products
Customized products are very special and belong to you only and cannot be resold to other users. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours to request a refund. You will not be able to cancel your order once production of the custom product you ordered has begun.
As a general rule, refunds cannot be made on your custom product unless one of the following situations occurs:
1. The product packaging is damaged
2. The product is damaged
3. The product is incorrectly printed
4. The post office confirms that you did not receive your order.
5. The product has defects that affect normal use.
6. The date you requested a refund is more than 90 days.
