Can I use any photo for my personalized gift?

Most clear, high-quality photos work well. Choose a well-lit image where the subject is easy to see. Specific photo requirements may vary by product.

Can I change my personalization after ordering?

Please email service@nameingift.com as soon as possible with your order number. Changes may be possible before production begins but cannot be guaranteed afterward.

Will I receive a preview before production?

A design preview is not automatically provided for every product. If a preview or proof is available, this will be indicated during personalization.

Can I order multiple personalized items?

Yes. You can customize each item individually before adding it to your cart. Please double-check the personalization details for every item.

How long does it take to make my order?

Every personalized gift is made to order. Standard designs typically require 1–3 business days, while more intricate custom pieces may take 3–7 business days. Please check the product page for specific estimates.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination and delivery method. Our published estimates are: Standard Shipping 8–12 business days, Express Shipping 6–10 business days, and DHL Shipping 3–5 business days. Production time is additional. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch.
