We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns (Non-Personalized Items)
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

It must include original packaging and tags

Proof of purchase is required

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days (processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider).
2. Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

Quality Issues or Incorrect Items
If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. -
Personal Reasons (e.g. change of mind)
If the return is not due to a product issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
3. Personalized / Customized Products (Important)
Personalized or custom-made products are created exclusively for you and cannot be resold.
For this reason, customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed quality issues.
Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refunds for Customized Products
A refund may be issued only if one of the following conditions applies:

The product arrives damaged

There is a manufacturing or printing error

The item has defects that affect normal use

The carrier confirms the package was not delivered

The product received is incorrect

The refund request is made within 90 days of the order date

Once verified, we will provide a full refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
