Name Letters

How to order?
1: Firstly choose the length of the train you need (number of letters), if your son's name is Charlie then you need to choose 7 Letters.
2: Enter your baby's name and we will make them into a lovely train carriage.
3: Choose the track (optional)
4: Choose if you want to engrave the baby's name on the locomotive (the name here is the same as the one you filled in in step 2)

A personalized train will be a great gift for a kid on his birthday, for the first Christmas, or a good keepsake for a newborn baby.

By this age, it can be a great decoration in the nursery.

Make up a name from the letters of the wagons that can move around with the help of spinning wheels.

The head and tail of the train will be included by default. The trailers are held together with magnets.

You can order:
• Letter train with head and tail. You only need to choose the number of letters in the name. (The head and tail of the train will go by default).
• For an additional cost, you can have your name engraved on the head of the train.
• Also you can add a wooden railrway (circle or oval).

PLEASE NOTE WHEN CHOOSING the quantity of letters, please indicate in the personalization box, the name of the child.

Train tail: 3.3x2.3 (84x59 mm).
The length of the whole train depends on the number of letters in the name.
Circle railway: diameter 27 inches (68 cm).
Oval railway: 27x41 inches (68x104cm).

• Remember, that we don’t own delivery services and can’t control this process. So, if you have trouble with the time of shipping - check if your product was sent correctly. If all were sent in time - the problem is from the part of the delivery service.

1.Processing Time

The estimated time range is listed in the specifications module on each product page. Most gifts require 1-3 business days for handcrafting, while gifts with intricate designs may take 3-7 business days to complete.

2.Shipping Time

The estimated shipping time varies depending on the shipping method chosen. This time is not included in the delivery time. Thank you for your understanding.

The following durations include both business days and non-business days.

 Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. However, tracking may not be available in some cases due to free shipping. You can also contact us at service@nameingift.com to obtain your logistics information.

My tracking shows "No information available at the moment."

For certain shipping carriers, it may take 2-5 business days for the system to update the tracking information.

Items from the same purchase may sometimes be shipped in separate batches for logistical reasons, even if you requested combined shipping.

Shipping times do not include customs clearance or customs delays, as these are beyond our control.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you receive the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@nameingift.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. (About 1-2 workdays)

Return Shipping Cost Responsibility  
- Due to Quality Issues or Incorrect Item Sent: If the return is due to a product defect or our shipping error, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a return label or reimbursement.  
-Due to Personal Reasons (e.g., change of mind, not as expected): If the return is not due to a product issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.  

Please note that personalized or custom-made items are generally non-returnable unless there is a quality issue or manufacturing error.

Customized products

Customized products are very special and belong to you only and cannot be resold to other users. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours to request a refund. You will not be able to cancel your order once production of the custom product you ordered has begun.

As a general rule, refunds cannot be made on your custom product unless one of the following situations occurs:
1. The product packaging is damaged
2. The product is damaged
3. The product is incorrectly printed
4. The post office confirms that you did not receive your order.
5. The product has defects that affect normal use.
6. The date you requested a refund is more than 90 days.
