For the best result, upload a clear, high-resolution photo with the person or pet fully visible. Photos taken in bright, natural lighting with a clear outline work best.
Avoid blurry screenshots, heavily filtered images, photos with body parts cut off, or subjects covered by furniture, other people, or objects.
Yes. Our design team will remove the original background and carefully follow the outline of the person, pet, or object in your photo.
You do not need to edit the image before uploading it. A clear photo with good separation between the subject and background will help us create a cleaner shape.
Most custom photo pillows are available with the same image printed on both sides. Some products may also offer a blank or alternative back design.

The selected size refers to the longest side of the finished pillow, measured from the highest point to the lowest point of the custom shape.
Because every photo has a different body position and outline, the final width may vary. For a more life-size effect, we recommend choosing 100CM–150CM for full-body human pillows and 60CM–100CM for most pet pillows.
A preview is not automatically included with every order unless it is shown as an available option on the product page.
Our design team will review your uploaded photo before production. If the image is unclear, incomplete, or requires confirmation, we will contact you by email.
