4. Tracking Information

Yes! You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Please note: In rare cases (especially for free shipping), tracking updates may be limited.

5. Tracking Status: “No Information Available”

No worries! Some shipping carriers may take 2–5 business days to update tracking details after dispatch.

Also, your items may occasionally ship in separate packages for logistical reasons — even if you selected combined shipping.

Reminder: Delivery times do not include potential customs clearance or delays, which are beyond our control.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns (Non-Personalized Items)

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

• It must include original packaging and tags

• Proof of purchase is required

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days (processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider).

2. Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

• Quality Issues or Incorrect Items
  If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.

• Personal Reasons (e.g. change of mind)
  If the return is not due to a product issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

3. Personalized / Customized Products (Important)

Personalized or custom-made products are created exclusively for you and cannot be resold.
For this reason, customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed quality issues.

Order Cancellation

• You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

• Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refunds for Customized Products

A refund may be issued only if one of the following conditions applies:

1. The product arrives damaged

2. There is a manufacturing or printing error

3. The item has defects that affect normal use

4. The carrier confirms the package was not delivered

5. The product received is incorrect

6. The refund request is made within 90 days of the order date

Once verified, we will provide a full refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

What Loving Care Covers

Loving Care provides one (1) free repair or replacement for the covered product due to normal wear or accidental damage, including:

• Broken chains

• Scratches from daily wear

• Discoloration caused by lotions, soaps, or perfumes

• Loose charms or clasps

• Stretching or snagging of cords or elastic

• Tarnishing from exposure to air or moisture

Size adjustment

• If the original chain becomes too short, you may request one free longer replacement chain

Knotted chains

• If a chain becomes knotted and cannot be undone, we will provide one free repair or replacement, including shipping.

Loving Care is a one-time benefit. Once used, the service is fulfilled and cannot be reused.

One-Time Exchange & Repair Policy

• Loving Care is a paid add-on purchased at checkout

• Each Loving Care purchase applies to one product only

• The service may be used once within 3 years of the original purchase date

• Once used, the Loving Care benefit expires immediately

Please Note:

• No returns are required — you keep the original item

• Refunds are not supported; a replacement or repair will be provided instead

• Loving Care is non-refundable once the order enters production

• The service is non-transferable and cannot be applied to another product
